All services are for educational and personal development purposes only. Nothing constitutes therapy, medical, financial or legal advice.

  1. Prices and Payment
    All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is required before access to any course or service is granted. For 1:1 programmes, deposit terms will be confirmed in your individual agreement.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds
    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you have already begun accessing the content. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected]. Each case will be considered individually and fairly.
  3. Intellectual Property
    All content on this website — including course materials, workbooks, audio files, written content and branding — is the intellectual property of MIO Way Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or share any content without prior written permission. Content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

    You agree not to misuse our services, share login credentials, reproduce or distribute our content, or engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful or disrespectful to others in any community spaces.

    Individual results from participation in any course, programme or 1:1 guidance will vary. No specific outcome is guaranteed. What each person receives and integrates is unique to their own journey and readiness.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, MIO Way Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
