What we create together is built entirely around what you bring; the fears you are ready to release; the life you are ready to step into; the woman you are becoming.

The process begins with an application. If there is resonance, we arrange a conversation of thirty minutes to an hour, to feel into whether this is the right container for you at this time.

If we are aligned, it is up to you to make your first commitment. That financial investment is not merely practical, it is the first conscious act of your transformation. The moment you choose to fully invest in yourself.

Your investment is an energetic act. In that exchange, something shifts, a unique and personal momentum is set in motion, carrying its own frequency for the full duration of our journey together.

The next step is to plan our time together, where I share what I have learnt, practised and witnessed, along with tools and techniques to support you during and after our time together.

During our journey, you'll be given bespoke workbooks, created for you to integrate your shifts. Journaling is encouraged to document the evidence of the universe yielding to you and to witness your own metamorphosis unfolding. In that documentation the evidence becomes undeniable. What once seemed impossible moves to possible, and the possible becomes inevitable.

First three months 

We move through the arc of awareness, expansion and embodiment.

With more time comes more momentum. More integration. More opportunity for the subconscious to hardwire the shifts as they become your new normal. Shadow work goes deeper. Transformation compounds.
